Zackarye

This has been my ringtone for many years because it seemed very familiar to me (and past that, I just like it), but I've never been able to figure out what it's from. "Nintendo" is my only lead, and that is far too vague to go off of. Here it is:

I do not remember much about it; only that it was very, very good. I'm not sure if it's from an anime, but I don't think so.

It centers around a girl who is in love with a boy, and fights many random battles. At one point, she's fighting a man in some sort of restaurant, and they punch through a table top that got tossed in the air. She also fights this weird chick who's modeled after a fish and is barely covered. The entire time, a giant clock tower is shown randomly with silhouettes of a boy and a girl as the clockhands; it's sort of a recurring theme.
