I met a 20 years old man, but I'm a 25 year old woman (he will be 21 soon)..........?
He's great....he's in the navy, he's smart, mature, going to school to be a doctor and is a real gentleman. I typically date older men, but this guy is so much more amazing than a lot of the men I've dated. I'm having a hard time getting past the age though. Women, have you dated younger? Does this seem odd to you? Just curious!

8 AnswersWeddings1 decade agoStopping Birth Control Question...?
I stopped taking birth control for a month for some medical testing that I had to do. My doctor gave me the okay to start taking it again and I was wondering if it will take awhile for it to fully work again or if it should work right away. Before I stopped I took it for about 7 years straight then I just took 30 days off and I will start taking it again tonight. Will it work right away?
3 AnswersWomen's Health1 decade agoHow much weight did you gain taking Zoloft?
I have gained about 40 pounds since I started taking Zoloft and I can't get rid of it. I have always been very active! I just want to compare and see how much weight other people have gained when taking zoloft/sertraline.

If you have been being treated for something for 10 years and then you see a specialist that actually runs specific tests that weren't done before and they tell you that you were diagnosed incorrecty and that you really don't have the disease and that you have something else, can you file a lawsuit?
6 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade agoBlotchy spots from using tanning lotion...?
I tried Jergens Natural Glow (the new 3 day one) and I noticed that when I washed my hands last night, some of the water went down my wrist and now I have these spots and lines on my wrists from where the tanner washed off and it looks hilarious. I didn't notice it until this morning after it fully dried and now I'm wondering what I can do to fix it. Is there a way to even this out?

9 AnswersMen's Health1 decade agoAnxiety attacks?
I have been sick for awhile (stomach and breathing problems for about 4 months now) and from being sick I have started to have frequent anxiety attacks (mostly because the breathing thing scares the crap out of me on a daily basis). I have tried listening to music, being on here answering other peoples questions (to take my mind off), breathing techniques, meditation, yoga (when I'm physically capable of doing it), watching movies, taking baths. I noticed it is mostly at work (work is not stressful) and I think it might be because I'm not at home and I feel better being at home. What should I do cause I just can't take this anymore. I need to get better and the anxiety is making it worse!

5 AnswersOther - Health1 decade agoFor people with Asthma only please...?
I have had asthma for a very long time, but started this past Spring having some major problems. I have been seeing a doctor, have been taking my meds, have been getting allergy shots and everything. It started with a medication that I took and I had an asthma attack. I have been having health problems for 4 months since then. Now, my asthma is under control--I test my peak flow three times a day and I was recently tested again and my asthma is fine, but why is it I am still having problems--no asthma attacks, but I feel like I'm having a hard time sometimes. Has this ever happened to anybody else where you have problems with it and just can't get back on track, or do you think this could be anxiety from all of my new health issues (stomach problems) that I have gained over the last 4 months?
6 AnswersRespiratory Diseases1 decade agoHow do I get over the fear?
Well, I have a fear of heights/flying. Actually its mostly a fear of "falling". Its weird, but I don't even like elevators because I have a fear that it might fall. Well, it is a pretty big fear to the point that I have had panic attacks on planes and if I were to ever get stuck in an elevator, I would probably lose it. I don't even like watching the numbers of the floors go up on an elevator because once they get high, I start to freak! I want to get over it though because I want to travel and now my work is asking me too and I'm starting to get so scared and its not even until next year. I live in Chicago and I want to go to the top of the Sears tower! Even when I try to fight it, I start to freak out! I have even tried baby steps and it is just so hard for me! Any suggestions of how I can get over my fear so I can enjoy more things in life?

5 AnswersMental Health1 decade agoWould you move?
Does anybody here feel obligated to stay close their family when they move out, or do you think it is ok to go and explore living somewhere else? I want to, but I have a guilty conscience and I'm afraid that my guilty conscience will hold me back. How do I help myself get past this whole feeling guilty for moving away?

8 AnswersSociology1 decade agoDo you do things to be popular, or do you do things for yourself?
Do you do things to follow the crowd because that is what "they" say is cool, or do you do things for yourself because those are the things that you personally like? For example, do you where Abercrombie because everyone else does? Or, did you get an I-Phone because everybody else thinks its cool? Be honest with your answer. I want to see what people say!
