Hey everyone, I do not normally train Ranged on Runescape so I'm now a little confused on where I should go, I have 76 Ranged and 79 Defence if that helps, I'm also 105 combat. If you guys know of any places I can train my range that would be awsome. Thanks.

Hey guys so in the quest The Tourist Trap I have to put Ana in a barrel and put her in the mine cart and go in after her once the cart comes back. So I get off the cart and apparently I have to search the barrels to find Anna, I've searched every barrel multiple times and can't find her. Can someone plz give me an answer ??? Thnxxx

Hey I've been playing COD 4 on Ps3 lately, I was playing online and after the match it said I had unlocked a Red Dot Sight for a a MP5, it also said I had unlocked a new gun and some other accessories. Can someone please tell me how to access these accessories? Thnx :)

Hey guys I just bought a heap of DLC for saints row 3 on ps3 and I've just noticed in-game I cannot use any weapons... Everytime I hit R1 I fall to the ground .. I can hold different guns and throw grenades etc etc but I cannot shoot .. Please help if u know what's wrong or have any suggestions. Thnx :)

Hey guys ... I'm 14 and pretty over weight at the moment, I do go to the Gym and get out of the house alot but this fat isnt going anywhere ... I want to lose weight so badly .. Im about 15kg heavier than I should be. I know I would look great if I didnt have all this fat on me .. since I do have alot of muscle etc etc ... But I cant find the motivation .. Im sick of being fat but Its easier said than done :(

Hey .. Today I was in the gym doing some "Dips" and I was taking a break after my second set and the guy next to me took a plate of the machine while I was still using it, it sounds really dumb but when stuff like that happens I get really scared and almost start crying.. I wanted to confront him but I couldn't ... I'm 14 if that helps ... Please give me an answer, I don't know what's wrong with me but I really want to find out .. Thanks guys

Hey so my dad changed the oil in our TJ magna the other day and today as we were running around in the car to the shops and what not I noticed I can hear the lifters, it's quiet but I can hear the clearly. The motor has the right mount of oil in it and the engine is perfectly healthy .. Im not sure why the car is all of a sudden doing this but I want to get ontop of it before the problem gets worse. Hi, I'm 13 years Old and am 5ft 8in tall. I weigh 92kg but I'm not FAT, I am very muscular and naturally big but all this body fat is holding me back on looking awesome. I feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed about my Gut. I'm a very fussy eater and don't like many foods at all. I got to the Gym 7 days a week so exercise is not the problem. If I can find a diet that I can stick to that excess fat will be gone in no time mixed in with the Weight lifting I do. If you have any suggestions please let me know, thanks.

How Do I Cope With Having Odd, ADHD, Severe Depression, Aspergers Syndrome. Like its all a mess and one thing makes the other harder.. It's driving me nuts Having these things in my way... Living a 13 year old life is annoying with these things making life difficult

I can : Bench Press 50kg, Deadlift 100kg, Squat 70kg, Leg Press 220kg. I can Bicep Curl 60kg with Both Arms, Pushdown 60kg With both Arms aswell. Am I strong or weak for a 13 year old ?

So I'm a Male and 13 years old for starters, A few years ago If I seen some animal get killed I didn't take it hard or anything, as a matter of fact I used to torch ants for fun. But lately I cannot take seeing any living Dye or be Harmed without bursting out into tears. For example : I saw a Guinea Pig get attacked by a Dog and I did not stop crying for around 4-5 hours and it took me a week to get over it. I have no idea why this has happens to me but If I see a bird or Mouse get attacked I just feel horrible and start balling.. Why am I doing this ??
