my height is 6ft(approx).. and i weight 54 kgs(too skinny)...

my interviews are in 3 months, so i need to gain weight fast..im okay if i just gain fat..

im currently on a diet as below

morning 2 eggs and light breakfat followed with mass gainer(200 calorie per dose)

lunch: 500 gram of rice

snacks: 500 calorie in total

lunch:500 gram rice with 4 medium chicken pieces

night:milk+ mass gainer(200 cal)+1\2 cup oats+1banana

before sleep:4bread slice with peanut butter and mayonnaise..

how many calories am i intaking?

is it enough to gain weight/fat?

if it is then how much gain can i expect?

if not then what extra should i add?

Okay.. When I was at school in10th std I used to love a girl... My friend told her about it.. She asked who is he..and he told my name. She was asking about me.. Atlast someone showed me to her.. I went to talk to her and she said she only.wanted to know who am i... Affer that I changed my school.. After 1year she saw me in the bus.. And was watching me and I ignored.. She sees me.. But she had a boyfriend... Now I am in collage 3rd year too away from her,and I really want her but I cant see her bcoz of my collage and now I came to know that she is leaving from there.. And I cant meet her.. I cant live without her... I want her.. What should I do.....?
