Is it necessary to keep the 3G/4G or wifi activated while playing this game?

My son wants to play this game. The ratings say it is for Everyone. My question is this: are there any women that are poorly dressed or potentially can be portrayed as skanky? AND is there anything within the game that would have this besides NPC's or other characters?

Seriously, if there is ANYTHING that falls under this category please reply yes.

I wont let my children play any games with poorly dressed women. I cannot find a site online that gives me an accurate review of the game's content.

Ok there was this show that I used to watch about 3 Kids who hung out at this weird mansion type house and they were able to put on armor. One was blue, one was green, and the other was red. Then there was a white dude. But they were supposed to be like beetles or something? and their mentor guy looked like a clown? PS RPG's are my favorite kind of game.. but when i refer to 'no indecency'... i really mean like.. no indecency.. so even MW2 or black ops would be ruled out because of the gamerpictures or whatever.. but thats not an rpg.. runescape would be a good idea of a game thats good.. but theres not one freaking lightning spell.. why?????? i love a good lightning spell

Can I play LotR BFME II: ROTWK on the Highest Graphic settings without blowing this video card? I realize that the recommended Card is a 3 series but this is a 6 series so it should be able to right?
