I've been looking for a job for a while and I've finally gotten a job. I went in for an interview, aced it, got asked to do a background check (no problems there) and even got a call from HR asking me if I was still interested. This went well I have time and date for orientation but I'm worried, does this me I am hired?

It seems to me I'm already hired, but what do you think?(my 3rd job ever)

If it means I'm hired do I have to be worried about a PRE-employment drug screen?

I know that as my employer they can drug test me when ever but none the less I'm still worried about pre-employment. Any help to my nonsensical rambling?

I recently had my iphone stolen and the old phone i am currently using died. Well my mom has surgery on the 28th and I need to have a working phone asap as I'm a point of contact for her job, friends and other family members. I am wondering if any prepaid cell phones come unlocked or are easily unlock-able. The cheaper the better.

I had a court hearing on February 19 at which I entered a plea of not guilty and requested a court appointed attorney. After which I was handed a form I was told to sign. I wanted to read it first to make sure I understood it before signing and to make sure any questions I had would be answered so that I could fully comprehend the form. When the judge noticed I had begun to read it less than 3 seconds after it was handed to me he ordered me to sign it. I respectfully informed him of my desire to read the form first at which point he ordered me to sign it immediately or I would be put in jail. Is this legal or does it violate any law in the USA and/or Washington State?

Like I said, the specs are important and I'd love to have a "fast" net-book but I know they aren't exactly workhorses, so I'm mainly looking for one that will browse fast, while playing music and won't die within 5 hours of use. I'd love to get 12+ hours but I'm not sure how realistic that is... Any suggestionss ofnet-bookss that I can upgrade the battery in?

At conception I was a twin. My mother had a miscarriage in her first trimester and never knew I was a twin until I came well over a month premature.

As I've gone through life I've been at ends trying to relate to people. I have a hard time connecting with people and even when I do it is usually at a very superficial level. It pains me because through it all I have an intense desire for a deep connection with someone. I feel that it may because I am literally "missing my other half."

Does anyone know if that is a legitimate problem or if i'm just a social outcast/lone wolf?
