I have a cut and inside of it is a hard, yellow-ish spot. What is this??

My ankles hurt and i experience discomfort after popping/cracking my ankle a few times rolling it. It is a habit but now it is starting to hurt.

How can i get this pain/discomfort to go away?

My tap shoes are very slippery.

It is the taps, not the soles. When only the taps are on the ground, it is extremely slippery!
