I am majoring in health communications (4 year bachelor's program at grand valley state university) and I am trying to look for jobs that relate to my interests.

I have a job in mind, but I do not know if it exists or what it is called.

I would like to do writing, creating brochures, posters, info sheets, etc relating to healthcare.

I found a position called a medical writer, but this job does not seem to exist in grand rapids, Mi. Any suggestions as to what job could relates to this description?

We had my husbands brother in-law mud portions of our bathroom, replace a few drywall sheets behind the washer and dryer area, hang up a vanity light, add a wood sheet and lay thick vinyl tiles requiring grout. He also added trim throughout our bathroom, two bedrooms upstairs, and small path upstairs. He also moved our washer and dryer and hooked it back up. The floor in the bathroom alone took 2 hours.

What would you consider a fair price for labor? We supplied the materials. He made several trips, but he lives pretty close.

I am almost done with my first semester of my sophomore year in my bachelors in nursing program, and I do not like it. We already started clinicals and it was boring! I am a nursing assistant now part time and going to school full time in the nursing program and I do not like either. I have already taken 1.5 years of school... some courses taken are:

Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Biochemistry, INtro to communication, intro to psychology, government, intro to sociology, history,Math-algebra, and some nursing classes. What other major could I do with those classes already taken? I hate to waste my time and effort, but I know I will not be happy doing nursing. Thanks!!

I was just wondering if anyone knows where I could try out Kayaking with a rental and good lessons in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I do not want to invest in a new one unless I know I like it and I know what I am doing!
