need help figuring out which is more appropriate for the following examples, INDEPENDENT, or RELATED groups..

i work in a small family owned environment (retail) with little or no rules when it comes to coworker relationships..(i.e. company dating)

I had hooked up with one of the managers once, but we ended up being friends (nobody knows about this). now, i have been working side by side with another manager whom i started developing real feelings for, for about 4 months. we get along really well, he's sweet and sexy..and we share a mutual attraction. (he's 30, i'm 23)

we flirt, call, and text each other non-stop, he claims to like me alot. we get pretty touchy at work sometimes and have alot of fun, BUT he has never attempted to ask me out and everytime i mention dating, he says we can't because he can't afford to lose his job.

is this a red flag???? could he really see a potential relationship with me or is he just playing around??

I've noticed that Europeans that wear their wedding bands on their right hands. Why is that so? What's the story behind this? Why do we, Americans, wear ours on our left hands? What is the significance of all this?
