Okay so 3 days okay my internet download speed was 0.78 we called them they did something on there end it went to 2.79 speed. Now it down 0.66 it's not my laptop everything is slow. It does this alot everytime we have to call to get it normal again. When ever it slow like this it constantly goes off. So my question is there anything I can do to fix it without having to call every week?

The download speed is 0.78 and the upload speed is 0.22. Is this bad? Also if it is what would be a good speed and average speed?
