I have allot of music that I'm selling on EBAY. I'm not getting any bids and nothing is selling. Now, I'm a dumby, so please explain a smart way to sell my items, but explain it so a dumby like me can understand it.

I need a name for my new art gallery website. I'll be displaying all my artwork on this website so people can buy my artwork. I'm looking for a name that's got some-what of a gothic feel to it, but not too dark and brooding like "The Candle-mass Night Gallery of Horrors". And definitely nothing candy *** like "The Dandelion-Double Tree Gallery." Just give me some cool names.

What should I expect?

It's really not my style to vent, but one thing that's been bugging the crap out of me lately is this "Hmmmm?" response after I've asked a question or made a statement. My 46 year old jackass brother has this nasty habit, and he's not deaf. It's just an annoying bad habit he's had for about 200 years. Here's an example:

ME: "Well, it looks like it's gonna be cold this weekend, better bundle up."

BROTHER: "Hmmmm?"

ME: "I said it looks like it's gonna be cold this weekend, stay warm."

BROTHER: "Good thing I've got a rain coat"

ME THINKING TO MYSELF: "I didn't say anything about rain, but o.k. at least he heard me this time."

ME TALKING OUT LOUD: "If you think it's gonna be chilly here, imagine how cold it'll be in Chicago."

BROTHER: "Hmmmmm?"

ME: "Chicago's colder I said."

BROTHER: "I heard what you said."

ME: "WTF...if you heard me, then WHY'D you say hmmmm?"

BROTHER: "Hmmmmm?"

You get the point, I'm sure.

And he does this with everyone. It's no wonder why his wife left him.

Do you know anyone like this? Is it a disorder? It drives me NUTS!

To be an expert in customer service, what are things one should know about dealing with customers? For example: If a customer complains that they had to wait too long, how would you respond?

If your in an interview, the interviewer is looking for how well you deal with difficult customers.

Please give me some insight on customer service techniques that is convincing to the employer so he/she will hire you.

I'm an illustrator and have a series of historical landmarks like the Golden Gate bridge, The California Missions, The Hearst Castle e.t.c. I'd like sell my work online. Is a Ebay a good place to sell ones original artwork? have any of you artists tried this? If so, can you give me some feedback like prices, what to write in your ad. I'm not too Ebay savvy, so as much feedback as you can give me please. Thank you.

I'm a member of CareerBuilders.com and Monster.com just to name a few. I recently updated my resume which is very well written (thanks mom) and uploaded it into Career Builders. I decided to really treat this website like a full time job by figuring out how all the tools work on the stupid site (let's call it what it really is). So, as I carefully filled in all the blanks to better my search results, I discovered a feature that would allow recruiters to distribute my resume to employers that best fit my criteria. Well, after completing a 4 step process I was ready to click the submit button and WHAM!!! Yeup, just like that, Career Builders wanted $110 to complete the process as it's NEVER ONCE mentioned in their 4 page questionnaire...until the very end. Did I break out my credit card and punch in my information in hopes of landing a job? Hell no!!! As you can see I'm a little pissed right now. I don't think anyone should have to PAY money so they can get a job. Besides, I'm sure websites like that make plenty of money by the amount of adds that pop up on their sites like all those wannabee universities and what not.

O.k. I'm done venting.

Does anyone know of any legitimate websites or organizations that specialize in truly helping people like me find a job? Thanks.

If you're a server in a restaurant, what are the steps of service to provide that 100% guest satisfaction? Greet, take order, serve entree, drop check e.t.c.

For those of you that are managers in the restaurant or hotel business, what should an interviewee know that will increase their chances in getting hired as a server?
