I have seen video demonstration of how people do the explosive Pull Ups, Clapping Pull Ups, Switch Pull Ups, Mix Grip Switch Pull Ups and In and Out Pull Ups. I have NO idea how does the Walking Pull Ups and the Foot Touch Chin Ups should be done? I found the video demonstration of Walking Pull Ups but NOT the Foot Touch Chin Ups.
Does the Walking Pull Ups work like this or is there a more correct way of doing walking pull ups?

Is grip strength relative to arm strength? I have been stuck doing doing 6 Pull Ups and 7 Chin Ups in a set. I pretty much realised that the grip is the Biggest Killer in the pulling excercises as when i reached the maximum rep, my hands would start to slip off.
I believe some grip strength excercises would help : Crush Gripper, Plate Pinches, Bar Hanging, Monkey Bar Swings, Towel Pull Ups/Chin Ups, Farmers Walk etc.
So to improve on the number of reps Pull Ups and Chin Ups, am i to to say that i need to work harder on the grip strength?

My weekly workout routine consists of mainly pure Strength Training and some Cardio.
4 days weight/resistance training 3 hours in the gym per week.
3 days calisthenics(Pull-Ups,Chin-Ups,Dips, Sit-Ups, Core, Step Ups, Squats, local park fitness equipment etc) excercise 2 hours in the local park on the days i dont go gym.
3 days cardio. 2 days moderate 2 mile run 20 minutes a day. 1 day moderate Swimming for 90 minutes.
I would like to know if my weekly workout routine is okay in terms of the amount of time spent for each type of excercise? or am i overtraining?? Provided that i have regular adequate proper diet.

I am a male student in Singapore who is partially colour blind (Red-Green Colour deficiency).

I believe there are many Science/Engineering courses that i could not study.
I would like to know if there is any hope for males with red - green colour deficiency to take up any Science/Engineering courses in public/private Insitutions in Singapore now or the future? because i heard there are contact lenses and Glasses that could correct colour blindness and they are available in Singapore. Are such aids allowed in the study of these fields?

Is it not safe to pass motion public toilets in Singapore? Many people pee and pass motion in Singapore's public toilets. We may not know if the public toilet users have serious diseases or illnesses. So if we pass motion in public toilets in Singapore, is it possible to contract serious diseases or illnesses such as cancer and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) ?? even if we adopt healthy lifestyles and always hygenic. Sometimes we go public toliets to pass motion cos we had no choice. Most of the time i pass motion at home. I pass motion at working company and at schools in Singapore so far. i did that because usually i had a habit to pass motion early in the morning at home but sometimes i faced with a bit of contispation and i had to rush to school and work so ended up finish clearing my bowels when i reach school and company. I swear i never go elsewhere to pass motion before.
