I am trying to find the regulation regarding school meal programs. If a child owes money for school meals, but has cash in hand is the school required to sale that child a meals or can they take the money and apply ti to their negative balance. I have read this somewhere in the 42 USC 1771 or one of the later amendments, but can't find it again.

Is there some kind of industry standards that gives guidelines on how far from your site you should keep media used to restore your system from a disaster. Assuming I don't live in New Orleans. We don't not have the funds to do a cloud solution or use a off site storage service.
4 AnswersSecurity9 years agoWhich Beretta to choose from the 92FS vs 92A1?
Beretta missed the boat on this model. I was torn between the 92 FS and the 92A1. First is the PLASTIC guide rod. Second, Beretta should have put adjustable rear sights on this model. If the front sight is off center, as mine was, there is no way to adjust windage, because there is no room for adjustment on the rear sight. I have not found a front adjustment tool or sight removal tool. Mine shoots 6 inches to the right at 20 feet out of the box. Rear sight adjustment tools sells for about $150 dollars.
Shooting brand name ammo, I could not get any more than three rounds before it had feeding jams. Out of three clips I had 12 failuree to feed jams. I have not tried different ammo. I was so frustrated with the jamming issues. I have not shot it since.
I would stick to the 92FS. I would NOT recommend the 92A1 if you are depending on it to save your life. It does shoot a really tight group and the rail is a nice feature. I gave it three stars only because Ibelieve itt could be a great gun with a few upgrades andtweakss from Beretta.
For now I am sticking with my Gold Cup NM as my carry weapon.
