I've gained like 20 pounds of muscle in the last year and now when I shiver I feel weird. I was wondering if that is common. Perhaps more body mass to heat and stronger contractions. Or increased muscle recruitment?

I want to learn to use matlab to explore files create files and etc... but I want to start by learning to browse.

I downloaded a few torrents and I have no idea how they work. I want to know if I can keep myself out of trouble. First off, I want to say that I own every movie that I downloaded, I downloaded them for convenience purposes (they are workout videos which only come in dvd's and torrenting them allows me to drag drop them onto my devices such as my xbox and tablet).

Every movie that I downloaded, I removed from the sharing program and stored it on my hard drive. Whenever I use it I drop it onto my bit torrent client and it reads it, drops it on to my devices, or produces spare dvd's in case my original dvds starts skipping (which they do).

My question: Do the sneaky, money hungry companies have a way of figuring out that I have these files on my laptop/harddrive if I'm not already busted for uploading or what-not?
