Ok so I had a job interview this morning for a media company. My credentials sort of meet the qualifications. I did a phone interview monday where she told me the salary and details about the position which was about 15 minutes long. We discussed salary and whatnot on the phone interview. She said the company needs someone for january 3rd. On indeed.com it shows 100+ people replied to this job but the waiting area today only had me sitting on the couch.

I dressed professional and was a half hour early, she was 10 minutes late.

She asked how this will help me achieve my career goals, i said because it is a subdivision of my studies in college and I can see myself working here for a long time career.

She then asked if I had any questions, I said no i researched the company and understand the details because the job posting had alot of details to what I would be doing.

Then the interviewer said she was going to get her boss to come and talk to me, after sitting there for 5 minutes she comes in and said her boss was in a meeting. When I was putting my jacket on and portfolio in my bag she gave me her personal company business card and said she will email me by the end of the week. I sent a thank you email and addresssed that i should have asked questions followed by a brief summary of what I have researched in a nutshell about the position and the company.

So after reading this what do you think?

On sunday i had a severe allergy attack at a restaurant i worked at. I worked there 2 years and never had any complaints or write ups. I took 100mg of an off brand benadryl when my right hand, arm, and neck began to swell up around 7pm. I told my manager that i was having an allergy attack and he said finish the night ill be ok. I didnt want to call an ambulance or anything due to my health insurance being terrible. My throat started to feel weird so i panicked and took about another 50mg at 730pm. As i was waiting for a tables food everything began to get weird around 745pm. I could barely stand and talk. The owner walked in and saw me in an unworkable condition, he starts screaming at me nose to nose that im on drugs etc. The manager there that night tried explaining to my boss that i was in need of medical help due to allergies along with several coworkers saying i took legal medicine that impaired me. The owner fired me on the spot and sent me home. (The owners knew about my allergies to tree nuts)

I am 23, 5'3, 125 pounds. 150mg of benadryl in 30 mins on an empty stomach because we eat at the end of the shift.

The next day i go to explain what happened and i find out that a man who worked there 27 years on the part time schedule who asked me for so many days had taken my spot. I offered to go to walgreens and take an at home drug test but the reason for terminaton was because the table walked out cause the food was late.

Do i have a case?

I have an Xbox 360 Pro with an elite 250GB HDD. All of a sudden COD freezes up, the dashboard takes long to load, youtube freezes, Battlefield 3 takes 10 minutes to load up, COD maps take 3-4 mins to load. I cleared the cache and removed HDD and cables, reset router, yadda yadda... What should I do?

My ipad was stolen and I know the kid who took it. When I bought it in 2010 the bill came out to 1,020 with the case and ms word software and the pad. If he jailbreaks the pad what happened. Also he bought 3 dollars worth of music the day it was stolen but then it locked and he cant access it. I removed my card from my account and deauthorized the iPad. I basically got the kid the authorities are going to get him cause I have a witness and the Dean at my college is having him picked out of several pictures by my witness. What should I do if hes caught?

I left my iPad in a classroom and the kid who took it claims he is keeping it and refuses to give it back. The iPad at the time was over 1,000 and is considered grand larceny. It has been 3 days since he took it. I contacted police, etc. But is this a felony? Like theft?

I want to hook up my tv to the surround sound system. Like i have a cable box, dvd/vcr combo, xbox 360, wii, dreamcast, etc. . . My TV don't have no audio out! It's a VIZIO's VA26L. The system I got for Xmas is a Logitech Surround Sound Speakers Z506. I have no idea what the hell I am doing, i got my cable box hooked up but I really would like to hook up the tv since everything runs to it. What can I do, on the back is only audio in, component, computer things...please help i really need it :(

I have a 2008 gibson sg, whenever i switch from treble to rhythm, the neck pickup barely works...i had the inside of the guitar cleaned and it still cuts out. I have to keep playing with the switch until it finally sounds like it kicks in and works but it sometimes crackles out and no sound or crackling comes from my guitar when on rhythm. What should i do? And what is it? Please help!
