I have some of the traits of social anxiety and some traits are at the other end of the spectrum. I work in sales so meeting new people, cold calling, and general interaction with strangers is a very common day for me.

My trouble is outside of work. Very low self-esteem is one of my problems but it is compounded with the thought that I am being judged by others. I have a huge fear of embarrassment which keeps me from doing most social activities outside of work.

My question is if anyone else has this type of mild social anxiety. If so, did you go to a behavioral Therapist? Can you let me in on some of the processes you were taught to break the cycle of anxiety?

My best friend's sister is getting married in a couple of weeks. Him and I are known to be the life of the past weddings but the only thing we haven't done besides getting milking on the free bar and dancing on the old women is make a good performance on the wedding video.

We aqre both pretty funny but we are lost on what to do in this video. I'm not sure if anyone has had a memorable moments on the their own video or have viewed any. Any ideas would be appriciated.

S Help me figure out what to do about this girl I went out with, please!?

Here is the deal. I ran into this girl I went to school with and there was a pretty good attraction. She asked for my number right before I could ask for hers and we went out for a nice dinner. She came back to see my families horse farm as she has horses of her own, it is somewhat of our connection.

This past week I asked her if she wanted to go out again and she said yes. When the day of the date came around she kind of backed out on it b/c she had some work to do. So I figured that was her hint that there was nothing between us. After I got off the phone with her she called back about an hour later just to chat it up and let me know that she got off work at 4 the next day and we could do something. Sunday afternoon comes around and she never calls and I don't want to be the creepy guy that keeps calling.

I haven't taled to her since. I'm not really sure what to do. A good analysis is needed. Thanks
