i am 37 yrs old and my parents are leaving their house in trust so i can't sell it for 20 yrs and can't rent it out, i cannot afford the upkeep of it and would have to leave my home town to live in it, they want to ensure that i have somewhere to live for the rest of my life which i do appreciate but i want to sell the house as it's worth 250,000 and buy 3 smaller houses in my home town, 1 i will live in and 2 to rent out and have income to be able to afford repairs etc, if i have to live in their house i would never be able to afford the repairs and the house would fall apart and i would not be able to live in it anyway. is there anyway i can overturn the trust? i am in the UK

i had nodules on my bowel removed, i am still in pain and am due back in work in a few days, i work as a cleaner should i be going back yet? should i still be getting pain after 2 weeks?

i noticed a small immovable painful lump deep in my armpit a few days ago, it is hard to feel and i found it by chance, i can't feel it with my fingers anymore but know it is there as i still have pain and my armpit feels bigger than normal, i also have a red mark on my breast by the nipple, i am in the uk but worried that my dr will dismiss it if she cannot feel it

my friend has moved in with me in england, i have just found out he has 2 warrants issued for his arrest in scotland for failure to pay £520 fine, they have asked him to return to scotland to go to court, he missed a court date in sep, what will happen to him when he hands himself in? he went to local police station today and they said that as it is scotland that are after him they cannot do anything? is this right?

i have full sleeves on both arms with one going down onto my hand, i was prescribed dermablend and the fixing powder, i applied it yesterday but got up this morning to find a lot had rubbed off.

i am a singer and will be on a 4 month contract in immense heat and don't have time to apply every day as it took hours yesterday.

i moved house 4 weeks ago and in the last 2 my dog has started pooping in the dining room, it's always when i'm home as he's crated when i'm out, i'm never out long though.

not sure if this is relevant but i had new carpets fitted throughout and the guys dog had fleas and he bought his dog into the house while he was working, this was before i moved in, consequently there is fleas in house, i am treating it and treating dog.
