is there a reason to put a/c radiator in front of engine radiator why not in opposite order????

i have a project written in PHP script

many users list the last docs inserted in MySQL database related to them to work on it

they have to refresh the page to get last docs inserted

is there a way that the server tell the user or client that there is an update done in the database and send it to him or send a notification about it

i tried JavaScript that refresh the page in interval but it looks stupid way to solve the problem

i have two server 2008 access them by remote desktop

when i backup server1 to server2 i have to download the backup from server1 on my pc then upload it to server2

i want to know how to share a folder between them to put the backup in it

by the way they have different ip's

the problem is when I display this page in the remote server it is load so slowly but in (wamp) it is fast and ok

tell me please what to do to speed it up please
