I have managed to get three of the 1st 6 picks through trades etc. No real need in my team so I'm looking to take the best 3 players available and hope to uncover a star. Who should I take? The guy picking first has told me he is going to take RGIII. Suggestions please.

also, any sleepers from this years rookies who wont go in the first 36 picks that I canpick up in FA would be good. (I have no other picks after this)

It's a dynasty league. Third year and I think the league will survive for many years to come.

Brees is 33. He may hold out this year, maybe not. He's not happy with his situation in New Orleans.

However he is an amazing QB. Some QB's play till they're 37-40.

Getting a rookie this year (I'd probably go for RGIII over Luck but that's another question) would mean I have that position locked down for next 10 years hopefully.

If I was to do this trade should I be looking at getting another player from the team trading as compensation. They have LeShoure, Ryan Williams and D Thomas from Denver. Not established players yet so he might let one if them go.

My colleague (we work for a utilities company) drove his van into a farmers field. It had rained the night before so he churned up a bit of dirt but it was on the track used by the farmer for his vehicles. There was very minimal damage to the fields grass but no crops etc were damaged, just the strip around the field and like I said it was the track previously used by the farmer and a couple of metres squared of grass. We have assets in the field which we are responsible for maintaining. He could have walked back and forward over the same track 10 or so times to carry his equipment back and forth but it was easier to reverse the van up. The farmer locked him in the field and after 6 hours only freed him after our company paid the farmer £500. Was he illegally detained by the farmer. I know our company will probably take care of the situation but I'd be interested to know. This happened in England so I'd need answers that cover English and Welsh law please.

I haven't really tried. Can you get these by shooting the entire magazine into a helicopter. Does that count as an enemy? Any help would be great.

Providing Kevin Smith is fit for Sunday should I start him incase he has a breakout game against New Orleans or take the 10-12 points i'm likely to get from Mendenhall?

I'm in a dynasty league and I have mathematically missed the play-offs so there is no gain from winning anymore games. I'm currently 2nd bottom so 2nd overall pick at least if I lose the remainder of my games. I have been losing a lot anyway due to IR and other injuries but would it be wrong to go all out for the loss by starting injured players etc.

I know Gabbert has had a few starts and doesn't have a great receiving core but looks like he takes care of the ball but Locker might be good in future. Any ideas on how they performed in college.

I find the red dot easier to use, so why would I use holographic?

I know on a snake draft you lose the pic that you drafted your 'keeper' player in (eg if you take AP with your first pick and keep him then you lose you 1st round pick in the second year) but what happens with an auction draft? Do you lose the same sum of money you paid for the player in the second year? So say you paid $60 for AP, $35 for Brees and $20 for Vernon Davies in a $200 dfart and kept them would you only have $85 to spend in year 2?

I have Jay Cutler in a Dynasty league. He's been poor I know, but I think he's going to come good this season (and this is from a Vikings fan) but should I take Matt Leinart or Mark Sanchez as my No.2 option.

It's been 6 months so far and I've just had an e-mail from them saying they only placed the order yesterday. Therefore I'll have to wait another 12 weeks. I'm based in the UK and the magazine company are in the US. What are my legal rights to ask for my money back. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy, but now they have replaced the order yesterday, does this restart the cancellation time clock again? I know this is vague but any help would be great.

If I only sure the internet, watch live streaming and don't download (except from itunes) to my laptop, do I need 360 or will Internet Security do. Also, what is the 'Performance Pack'?
