It should have got there by 12/24 it is now 12/28 and i JUST looked at the receipt and realized it.will my friend ever get the package? and should i try to get the money back for the priority mail? since they screwed up and typed in the wrong zip?

according to http://www.tmz.com/ its costing the taxpayers $1,109.78 a DAY to keep her institutionalized!! whereas a normal inmate is $99.64??? WTF IS THAT ALL ABOUT?? I have a serious facial hair problem and was curious if any ladies out there have any advice on taking care of it? its mostly my chin/cheek/upper lip area the worst is the dark black hairs I've tried waxing but it doesnt seem to last very long and i cant afford to get it done every other week to keep it down to minimum any suggestions??
