ok so thursday i first noticed a lump beneath my nipple

its quite hard and reasonably big

any ideas what it may be? should i goto a doctor?

has anyone been and enjoyed it? is it worth going to? is there a good atmosphere?

ok so im 15 years old, almost 6 foot and have only a little body fat but i cant seem to get a 6 pack, i go running 3 times a week whilst also playing sports most days, daily i perform abdominal exercise,

i eat a balanced diet however i do not take protein supplements-should i, would this help, and would this give any other side effects?

also if any of you would like to tell me better abdominal exercises that would increase my muscular development..

Basically I'm 14 tomorrow but I don't know what to do to celebrate the day.... Any ideas ?

basically i left it on overnight to download an app but now it freezes on the apple page before it loads your homescreen and when i sync it to my computer it says;

usb device not recognized ; one of the USB devices attached to this device has malkfunctioned and windows does not recognize it.

I have a 3rd Gen Ipod Touch 64gb ...........please help
