    What does a "Key derogatory"(exact words) remark on a credit report imply? If one (or many) are removed from a credit report, will the overall credit score raise by any noticeable amount (even if that credit card is marked as a 'charge off')??? Any answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  • A question regarding push ups?

    hello all,

    i am 24, 5'9 and 185lbs... and i have been looking to tone up my chest, triceps, and back by means of doing pushups. I started on monday, and I have been doing 2 sets of 25 proper pushups per day, and i plan on increasing the total to 4 sets of 25 pushups per day next week. Will this routine lead me to my goal of toned up arms, chest, and back? Any suggestions will be appreciated, and I am open to new ideas and what not. I am not into weights, and I would like to tone up void of lifting. Thanks
