Have loads of money, bought new house, when I move I enter an empty building and can't get my furniture etc.Can you help?

With no toilet cooker shower etc I die very quickly!

She is a nine year old Great Dane, she has incurin to help with her incontinence and rimadyl for pain relief, generally she is pretty comfortable but her barking is driving me mad!!She will bark , very loudly, at nothing at all.Her warning of strangers bark is now used for the slightest thing i.e spotting a falling leaf, a bird landing on a nearby tree etc..It is bad enough during the day but she regularly wakes me during the night.Obviously I have to get up in case she want to go out but nine times out of ten she just looks at me as if to say "what do you want".Anyone got any ideas of how to encourage her to quieten down?

Have built fire pit and lit fire,need to make curry and find mangoes!Chef butcher wont respond to me.Have spent days eating washing etc but stuck on 31%.Cant craft anything else or make more clothes.Any help appreciated THANKS
