Seriously, why do they?

People might say this is stupid but my bf is REALLY childish and I'm pretty mature. He says a bunch of stupid/random sh*t ALL THE TIME.. It's annoying. I talked to him about it and he said its just him and his personality but like how can I deal with it? :/
