reality check

Don't we all know in reality from our own experience that love isn't in fact "equal" at all & was never meant to be? Think about it. Is the love of a husband to his wife the same as his love for his mother, or expressed the same? Is the love between a parent & child the "same" as between a brother or sister, or close friends? I think it's time people thought this through & answered it honestly.

No I'm not a "hater" at all & have met a number of lovely "gay" people. But please explain why these issues can't even be discussed without being branded a "homophobe". I'm certainly not "scared" of homosexuality (who is anyway?), I simply disagree with the lifestyle, whilst not imposing mine on them & ask they do likewise.

It seems all the commercial stations offer nowadays is predominantly cooking shows & talent shows. Count how many there are.Why? - well personally I think for one reason - they're cheap! They'd rather do cheap reality shows they turn into teary bitchy drama than pay australian actors & produce a quality show, say the likes of Sea Change from years ago. Yes I know I don't have to watch them & I don't. My question is intended to see how others perceive what's happening. The other trend with all this is a continued dumming down of our society.
