So me and my ex wife separated. I never got the divorce, it wasn't a huge concern. Then I met the woman of my dreams and asked her to marry me. My ex knew of the impeding marriage and wouldn't sign the agreement until I agreed to pay her alimony. Basically I was black mailed into paying her so I could marry my new wife. I always thought black mail was illegal, and this was definitely the case. This next part is irrelevant but to top it all off my ex waited so long on her end that I wasn't officially divorced till after the wedding. We had to do a fake wedding then sign the real papers after the divorce was finalized. I was just wondering if I have a case. Thanks for the advice.
