  • What is the best Birth Control for acne control?

I am leaving for Air Force BMT at the end of April and this is the only medication I will be allowed to take. I usually use a cream for acne and cannot have that. Any suggestions on a BC that works best for acne and does not promote weight gain?

  • Yahoo answers profile?

Does anyone know why a question you have answered would just disappear from your profile on here. I answered a question like an hour ago and now the whole topic is gone from my list. All of the other topics are there except for one that was deleted before. Not a big deal or anything, I just was curious.

  • Any one else with toddler on the autism spectrum? Suggestions?

I have a 22 month old son that has been diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum (PDD-NOS).We have therapy for him 3 times per week and I work with him myself many times per day on signing, playing, everything. But I also have a normally developing 3 year old and want to show her she is just as important, so I cant devote the entire day to him exclusively. He is showing improvements. I feel like he is trying so hard but I never am doing enough. I have tried to get him into special programs but they are too expensive. Whatever his outcome is, he will still mean everything to me. But I want to know I am doing everything I can within my financial means to help him reach his potential. Has anyone had a therapy that they did at home that made a huge difference? Anyone else felt such inadequacy? Any comments/ suggestions would be great.

  • Does anyone have a child with symptoms similar to those associated with autism, but it is something else?

My son is 20 months old. The symptoms that fit on the autism spectrum are that he speaks no words but can hear fine, he flaps his hands when frustrated, and frequent tantrums. But what doesn't fit is that he is very social, makes a few gestures, and plays with other children appropriately. They say he is probably on the spectrum. But I'm wondering if there are other disorders with similar symptoms. Any help would be great!

  • Has anyone here ever came clean about a medical issue after enlisting in the military?

I have swore into the dep program with the AF. I have had a medical issue that I want to let them know, against my recruiters advise. He tells me just don't worry about it and won't help me come clean. Does anyone know how I can tell Meps? You cant even walk in there without your recruiter. It is not a big medical problem but one that probably will be found in records, and then it would cause me a lot of trouble for lying( which wasnt right, I know ). I still want to serve and get in the right way.

  • Is it too late to get a waiver from meps?

I followed a recruiters advise to not disclose a medical condition at MEPS and now I feel very dishonest and fearful of being discharged. It is my own fault for not disclosing before I swore in, but now I would like to try to get a waiver. Anyone know if its too late?
