That's right: Bobby Jindal's mother suddenly decided to fly to Mumbai from Baton Rouge right before young Bobby was born. Bobby's Punjab grandmother witnessed his birth.

I also hear there is a Republican lawyer who is suing Jindal in a Louisiana court to make him prove his citizenship. The court should be declaring Jindal ineligible for the Presidency any day now.

I can hardly wait!

People keep saying that the current downturn is the fault of the Democratic Congress.

What exactly did that Congress DO that caused the problems?

I would like references to specific legislation passed or repealed between 2006 and 2008. If you can't reference specific legislation, please don't answer.

3. There would be riots at the DNC?

6. The "Bradley Effect" would assure that Obama would lose the election?

7. Michelle Obama said "whitey"?

8. The Supreme Court was going to declare Obama ineligible to be President?

9. There would be riots at the inauguration?

Lots of questions on YA argue that Obama has already failed, even though he's been in office just slightly more than a month.

Doesn't presenting such hasty conclusions about Obama damage a person's credibility to make claims about him later on, after his plans have really had a chance to take effect?

If you want people to take your criticism seriously, wouldn't it be more effective to wait?

Bank of America bought Merrill Lynch and received government money from TARP. Did Bank of America immediately run out and hire a lot of employees? No, but the office of Merrill's former CEO received a $1.4 million makeover.

When other financial institutions received TARP money, did they spend it on hiring new employees? No--they used it to pay hefty bonuses to existing management, even though management had already squandered profits and generated enormous losses.

So why do people think that corporate bailouts create jobs?

Or should he have a broader perspective than that?

Eric Holder accused all Americans of being cowards when it comes to frank discussion about race.

Many questions on Yahoo! Answers express fear that Eric Holder was attacking only white people, not all people.

Doesn't that rather nicely illustrate what Holder was trying to say: that we react in fear to frank discussions about race?

For some reason I can't find their alternative legislation that would address the nation's economic difficulties.

I'm sure they have a plan. They admit there is an economic crisis. They don't like Obama's plan. So they must have some other plan.
