What is a good way to invite your friends to come exercise with you without making it sound like they need to workout?

So, we got an invitation for a friends wedding. But it only says the the bride's parents on the invitation, and not the grooms parents. We are friends with the groom's parents and his mom and is really hurt over this and the invitations are already sent out. What could the bride and groom do to make this up to the groom's mom? It is like extra skin or something that you get from your shoes rubbing against the tops of your feet. But because it is summer, I haven't been wearing any shoes. What can I do and what is it. I have asked my doctor about it too, and he said that if not wearing any shoes didn't stop it, then he put steriods on it, or something like that. Anyone have any other better suggestions? Every Sunday we sit in the same spot and it always seems that his family lets him sit where he can see me. Prom is coming up soon for me and I think that I really like him, but I am a shy person and he must be also. What should I do? I would love to go with him. Sorry this is so long. :)
