Wiped blood yesterday put a tampon in took it out there was no blood then used restroom again there was blood again a pretty good amount too this has happened 3 times what could it be? I just had a baby 6 months ago

I was treated for a bacterial infection at 6 and 10 weeks post partum and it went away but since then I've been having stomach pains light headed can't eat can't smoke no period in 6 weeks and stringy gooey clearish discharge that looks kinda like snot, I took 2 pregnancy tests last week both negative what's going on also I've had alot of headaches this last week and I never get headaches

She's been pooping in the toilet for a year now but she refuses to pee in the toilet. I don't know why she knows when she has to pee and even changes her pullup after she wets it. I've tried praising her and making a potty chart and everything I can think of. I tried underwear a couple times and she peed on the floor. Help please
