Does anyone know the average water usage for a typical family of three or four? I am thinking about buying an investment property and am trying to estimate my bills. I know it varies a lot but thought there might be a ballpark way to guess. The lawn size is minimal so the water estimate is for residental use only. Thanks

I am looking to buy an investment property and have been told two different things about how much money I need down. Everyone agrees that the down is 25 percent, however I have heard that I need 25% of the loan amount and I have also heard that the 25% is of the purchase price. Anyone have any hard facts. It seems trivial but amounts to about 12k more down money on a 250k investment.

i recently found out that my fiancee texts and speaks with and exboyfriend on a regular basis. she is out of town alot with her job and alot of the conversations happen then. also when i am at work. i don't know if she has seen him but he did tell her he still loves her. she told him she will always love him in some way. they also talk about old times, with references to sexual experiences they have had. i think he might send her poems and such, because he referenced doing that, but have not found any. i got all this information when i saw a unknown name on her phone and then checked her text message log. they obviously try to talk when i am not around because he always asks if it is ok to call in the texts. sometimes she says yes and sometimes there are no more texts for the night making me believe she initiated the call. what do you think i should do. is it ok? should i ask her about it?

if it is the British Thermal Unit shouldn't it be the amount of energy needed to raise one kilogram of water one degree celcius.
