I am doing an assignment and the story is about a 16 year old boy who is fined for speeding in the University Park Mall parking lot by a city policeman. His father disagrees with the ticket and wants to fight back. What are the laws regarding traffic tickets on private property?

My cats are always killing things and bringing them to me...it's gross but they are gifts so I just get rid of them and move on; but last night I caught my cat with a baby bunny rabbit and luckily it was still alive. I cleaned its wounds but now have no clue as to what I am suppose to do next. I tried giving it kitten milk through a feeder but it won't take it. I have taken some college courses toward a degree in veterinary science but this was not in the lesson. The vet charges way too much, what can I do to save the poor little guy?
