Weinerdogs!
I am a business owner, a mom, and I show champion male dachshunds. I am not a breeder (I only have males).
Dachshund Cesarean Sections?
I raise and show champion dachshunds. Because I am not a breeder, I limit my show stock to only male dogs.
Last week, I took in a female rescue, who I was told had been spayed. She does have a scar on her abdomen. I was suspicious that she was pregnant (swollen mammary glands, has lost her "tuck up"), so I had an ultrasound performed. She is pregnant, and due in about 2.5 weeks. The scar is from a previous cesearean section.
My question is this- because I don't know anything about breeding- is the "human" norm of "once a c-section always a c-section" true with dogs?
If you are going to be a teenaged twit and come back at me with a spay/neuter response, SAVE IT. She is being spayed after her litter is born.
8 AnswersDogs1 decade agoBuying a dress online..ethical?
I own a bridal salon. I have a question for brides out there who are thinking about buying their dress on the internet.
When a bridal salon does not allow photos, and you sneak them anyway to buy the dress online, do you feel that you are doing the right thing? If so, why?
If you are buying online, did you go into the stores knowing that all along, or did you decide to buy online after you found "the one" at a store?
