I have a 15-month prescription for my birth control pills, and am getting 3 months at a time. I will need to refill it soon, but I am in another province for school and my pharmacy is back at home, so I can't go there to get it done. How can I get it refilled?

I started getting a sore throat around mid-afternoon last Sunday, which got progressively worse throughout the week. I finally was able to get to the doctor's office on Saturday morning, where they took a throat swab and diagnosed me with strep throat. I was prescribed 500mg of penicillin to take three times a day, and was also given a benzydamine hydrochloride rinse to gargle to numb the back of my throat (which works somewhat, but not entirely). I've also been taking ibuprofen every 8 hours to relieve my pain, and though it helps immensely, I'm still in a lot of pain all hours of the day; it's hard to eat, drink, sleep, swallow at all, even to brush my teeth. I've now been on the antibiotics for 2 days (6 x 500mg capsules), and have felt better to a degree today than yesterday, when I first started taking the antibiotics; however, as the day comes to a close (it's 11pm), my pain has returned almost in full, and it feels like I'm constantly swallowing knives - I'm waiting for my last dose of ibuprofen to kick in. I know that the antibiotics usually take 2-3 days to start relieving the symptoms; however, since I had to wait nearly a week before starting treatment, will it be expected to take a little longer for the pain relief to come? I'm at the point where I'm just waiting on the clock to take my next pills, and can't stand another day of pain (I already have to miss a funeral because of being ill).

My boyfriend and I have recently spent a lot of time talking about love and sex, and have decided that we're going to try it next weekend. We've discussed everything from the things we may want to do, to how we will protect ourselves (he bought condoms and lube today), to the feelings involved (we wanted to wait until we were in love, which we adhered to; we do love each other). Talking about it together to such an extent has made us both much more comfortable with the idea, and do believe that we are ready for it; however, he is a virgin (and I've had limited experience) and has a lot of insecurities. He's very worried about how he'll look, but mostly about how he'll perform, as he's stated that he very badly wants to make me climax. He can't shake the feeling that the encounter would be disappointing if that didn't happen, though I've assured him truthfully that it wouldn't be a disappointment at all, especially since I have never reached that point before. Between those insecurities and the pressure he's placing on himself, along with the excitement for when it actually happens, he's very anxious about it all. Can you think of anything I can do to help him calm down and be less nervous/anxious? I would really appreciate it, as would he.

My mom and her boyfriend dropped his dog off at my place a short while ago while they go out for breakfast, and now the dog won't stop whining for them (I'm in an apartment and can't let him outside while he's here). The dog knows me well already, but he's never been here before, so he's a little uncomfortable and is staring at the door. I've been petting him to try and comfort him, and I put out a water dish, some treats, and a ball for him to play with, but he hasn't touched any of these. I also put on some classical music, which seemed to help a little. Is there anything else I can do?

I've had a bad cough for a little over a month now, and I don't know why. I generally have no other symptoms, just the cough on its own. It's usually a dry, hacking cough, and feels like there is a constant tickle in my throat - however, I have coughed up green-yellow sputum twice (once about a week after the cough developed, and once about a week ago). The cough is usually far worse in the morning and evening, and is made worse by lying down. I haven't noticed it to be worse in cold air and I have been avoiding strenuous physical activity since the cough developed. Occasionally, my intercostal muscles will hurt from the coughing or I will experience a sharp pain on my left side just at the base of my ribcage. I also started to get a runny nose, but only within the past few days, and my cough is still persistent. If you need more details, I will add them, but if anyone can provide me with some idea of what is ailing me it will be much appreciated. Thank you!

The code I'm writing is to return an array of numbers for compound interest. We're given that we start with $100 and the growth rate is 10% (number of periods in this case is 4). This is the code:

First of all, I'm not sure if the loop I set up will work. I'm trying to calculate the next number of the array by taking the current number and multiplying it by (1 + growthRate). If the above code isn't right, how do I fix it?

My other problem is that when trying to compile, it says I have 1 error:
