Wizard of Oz tin man dance where he leans from side to side, how does he do this?
In the scene where the tin man dances and then leans from side to side it seems that his feet are stuck on the floor. I can't seem to find out how he does this? It seems that something locks his feet instead of wires holding him up. Also how he moves it seems his feet are stuck down but then some how it gets released. Does anybody have the anser to this question?

At the beginning of Disney DVDs there is a montage of movies and a soundtrack. It usually starts with Peter Pan saying "Here we go!!" It has a lot of brass and horn instruments, does anybody know the name of that track?
