What would you do if you found out your spouse uses drugs?
I recently found out that my husband is using cocaine sometimes when he drinks. It appears that he's just doing this recreationally, but I'm really concerned about what could happen...not just from the legal side, but with his health as well. Obviously, I'm not going to call the police or anything, but I would like some advice on how to bring this up with him and convince him to stop using it, even if it is only once in a while. From what I've read about cocaine, it can be more dangerous when used with alcohol because of a third chemical created when mixed in the liver.

I always thought it was the same thing, so I was wondering why some people emphasize POSTAL money order, instead of just saying money order.......
1 AnswerPersonal Finance1 decade agoDoes the mucous plug have to come out before your water can break?
I was just wondering, because I'm only 36 weeks, but for the past three days I've been having this watery discharge, not any gushes or anything, just leaking slowly. Could it be that my water is leaking or just some other type of discharge. The mucous plug hasn't come out, or at least I haven't noticed it. It just seems a little early to me for the water to be leaking. With my first girl, I lost the mucous plug around 38 weeks and my water broke (gushing) at 41 weeks. With my 2nd girl, I lost the mucous plug around 38 weeks and my water never broke on its own. Now this is my 3rd time around, but you know how evey pregnancy can be so different. What were your experiences with discharge around this time?
8 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoGall Stone Pain Attacks while Pregnant?
I am 28 weeks right now. I found out I had Gall Stones at around 23 weeks, when I went to the emergency room with unbearable, constant pain. Basically, I was told that there was nothing to be done until after I give birth. They put me on some Nexium, which does nothing for me. I have had 1-2 attacks of pain per week that last 2-3 hours. It is a constant pain that will not go away, no matter what I do-- change positions, sit, stand, shower, drink water, take tylenol, etc. The pain is so awful, it is worse than being in labor. I've been very careful with my diet-- avoiding greasy foods, low fat diet and eating small portions, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had gall stone problems while pregnant? What was your experience? Did you have the gall bladder removed?

29 AnswersBaby Names1 decade agoDoes anybody have (or had) Placenta Previa? What was your experience?
I had an Ultrasound at 25 weeks and was told I have placenta previa. I will go back in 6 weeks to see if it possibly moves up out of the way as the uterus streches. The doctor said that if it stays in the way of the cervix, I will not be able to deliver normally. This is my 3rd child and first time having a complication. Luckily, I haven't bled at all, not yet at least. Doctor said no sex for now until we see if it moves, because it could cause bleeding. Anyways, this is the first time this is happening to me and I'm just trying to find out more about placenta previa and what other people's experience is or has been.
Thanks!
