reporting my mother for fraud.?
My mother took me to family proceeding courts 7 months ago for granmother rights, to see my 2 young children. My mother re- married a year ago to this man that is a well known drunk, the pair of them heavily drink at least 4 days a week, I have seen for myself.
But when the court done a alcohol test on her she stopped drinking 2 weeks before she had the test done, and passed it. which i thought was unfair cause that does nt mean she doesn t drink. she is unfit to go anywhere near my children i dont trust her or her husband.
She as also lied to the court about her husband not living with her, when he does, and is claiming legal aid when she got 25k in a bonds account left to her by her parents. and is claiming income support. she as never worked in her life,
I think it is wrong when I work to support my 2 children and I can t get any legal help it is to expensive. I am so frustrated there is no way she will see my children, so In temper i got in touch with the benefit fraud people and reported her, hoping that she would get caught and her legal aid would be stopped so she would nt attend court.
Does anyone no What will happen if the court give her rights to see the children and i still don t let her see them?

To cut a long story short. my mother as taken me to court for her to see my kids. My Mother and her recent husband are drunks well they drink at least 3 to 4 days a week. on a friday they go out from the morning and drink right through to the night and then carry on the next day up till sunday, and they do drink in the week, my mother doesn't no the meaning of a quiet drink, she drinks like a man ,12 pints and more, and then acts like a complete idiot. Anyway the courts have ordered her to under go alcohol testing.
But my worry is, if she doesn't drink for a week now, will her testing come back ok?

2 years ago, after my dad past away, 4 weeks after my mother met this guy who is a well known drunk of the village, after she met this mark they more unless binge drink all the time, and when my mother is drunk she is violant and a tart. i fell out with her later on cause of the drink and her behavour. i only let her baby sit for my son when my dad was alive and there with her. now she s taken me to court. As far as me and my kids dad is concerned we don t want her having anything to do with are children. she could nt even be bothered to see my kids on christmas day when i said she could, cause she was down the pub instead.
