food and games for Girls Night In?
I am having a Girls Night In. Fun loving women in our 40s. My main drink served that night will be Cosmopolitans. I can mix all kinds of drinks; should I make individual drinks? I want o keep my menu simple yet filling. OK I am going to have unlimited peel and eat shrimp and a couple of dips. What else should I serve, Should I have hot dish? maybe spaghetti? I want everyone to dress up and I want to have some games. I have looked at games on the internet but I want some tried games that was fun. Oh yes and dessert. I am going to put on the invites " Must have a ride home".
My color scheme is going to be pink and silver. So give me some ideas please.

I have just been diagnosed with glaucoma; luckily caught early. I am a young 54 yr. old woman, actively at the gym 5 days a week. I am married to a man that is 8 years younger. I am scared to death. I only have to use eye drops 2x a day but I am scared of the after affects; as it does go in the blood stream. Presently I take one pill because of retaining fluid. I take 1000mg of vitamin C, Calcium, a Multi Vitamin, Flax Seed, and low dose aspirin. Does anyone have glaucoma that can speak to me?

I do not take my pressure, my husband does his 2x a day. I am just a paranoid person and will get anxiety attacks. Today he finally talked me into it, and it was high, now of course I am paranoid. I don't add salt to my foods, I eat garlic and drink apple cider vinegar 2-3x a day, sometimes just 1. I exercise 4-5 days a week, 30 minutes of cardio bike and or treadmill and 30 minutes of strength training. I don't drink caffeine, I only drink water ( maybe not enough) and home brewed green tea, no sugar. I do not eat chicken, beef, or pork. I eat turkey burger, turkey bacon, fish, salmon and shrimp, 2 servings a vegetables. glass of orange juice and a banana everyday. I eat multi grain bread, maybe 2 eggs a week, i use a butter substitute. I tend to read labels when it comes to the sodium. I drink Soy milk. I take 1000mg of vitamin C, 1200mgs fish oil, a multi vitamin, calcium and 2 baby aspirin, i also have triamterene-hctz , I take this because I retain fluid. I am 55 and female. I would appreciate any suggestions.
