My dog's nipple is swollen and hard?
My dog Lady (mix between Cairn Terrier and Toy Poodle) who is around 7 years old has one nipple that is clearly swollen and hard to the touch. It also feels crusty if that's possible. In the past she sometimes has had something that would resemble a scab on that nipple mostly more than if on any other of her nipples. It is fairly red when compared to her other ones as well.
I don't know if this is related but by what I can tell she has these two little spots, one near her neck and one on her side that is just like a very small lump that has no fur? Do you know what these are?
What could this be? I'm very worried. Should I contact a vet or take her to see our vet?
3 AnswersDogs5 years agoDid I break my wrist?
I hit my wrist on the outer side of it, and since then there's this massive lump from swelling that feels kind of hard and it really painful.
I can move my hand round in a circle but it is painful.
If I press down on the inside of my wrist it is really painful.
I've sprained that same wrist a few times before, but it's never looked like that.
It also looks like it is beginning to bruise, as the redness is turning dark.
1 AnswerInjuries5 years agoDo you think parents must know if their teenager is dating someone?
I'm kind of split with my decision. On some level, I think that yeah parents have a right to know if their kid is dating someone but on the other hand, don't you think that at some point the teenager has a right to keep some things private?
I'm 15 and have been out to my parents for over a year and recently have acquired a girlfriend. I'm very mature for my age, and am on the rocks about telling my parents, not becuase I'm worried about what they think, because I dread the awkward jokes and them asking me about it. Do you think they must know I am dating someone?
1 AnswerSingles & Dating6 years agoThe name Voldemort for a pig?
I'm (hopefully) getting a piglet because I want to rescue one from a farm. I want a cool name for it, and Voldemort from the Harry Potter series has always been my favourite character but I don't want to just name him Voldemort. I want to kind of merge the name with a word for pig (it doesn't necessarily have to be the word pig though) but I am really bad at that sort of thing.
Do you have any ideas that I could name my pig with a fun play on words with the name Voldemort?
The best I could come up with is "Voldehog" and I personally don't think that's good at all.
Thank you

Thanks :)
5 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender6 years agoGood Jeeps for first car?
I won't be getting my first car for a couple of years, but I like to think forward and figure out what I want.
I do know that I love big cars. I don't like small cars, my sister got a first car and hers was an Ibiza, even though it's a good car I don't like being in small cars because I'm feel more safe in bigger ones.
So, I wanted to know of any good, big cars that are would be good for me, especially Jeeps because j am in love with how they look and how they drive.
I don't know much about them though, and I live in Scotland so what would be your recommendation?
Thanks.

5 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan6 years agoany reccomendations of good artists?
In my art class, I have to choose an artist to look at and incorporate some of their individual techniques into my own course work.
I don't know of any artists that could fit into my course and what I am studying so if you could please list any artists I could look at that could work with my ideas below:
•im working on portiture of fantasy creatures (specifically faeries/elves) and I have to incorporate still life candy so I went with the idea that these creatures have turned evil and as they use to live in an sort of candy land, the candy has began to rot and turn nasty•
Of course it isn't a finished concept but more of a rough idea. So if you know of any artists that you think would ve a great addition to my course work I would be so grateful. Thank you.
1 AnswerPainting6 years agoI think I have BPD?
I'm 15 & am seeing a woman about an eating disorder & am due to start CBT for my anxiety
I came across BPD when looking at thinspo & I immediately recognised some of the traits related to it with myself. I took a lot of online tests (even though they aren't a diagnoses they say they are a guide and that you should seek treatment) & they always came up 'severe' for BPD & I also read up on some articles about it & again I was relating to a lot of the symptoms
The symptoms I share with BPD are:
-I self-harm not a lot but when I'm feeling very bad about my self or I've had a fight with a parent or friend I can't help it
-I get (I think I can call them) chronic feelings of boredom where I literally can't do anything because I'm so bored
-I have a fear of loosing my friends & because of this I end up freaking out & because I'm scared of loosing them I push them away & have to find a new group & then the cycle continues
-I find myself adapting to the feelings of my friends & if they are really upset or depressed I take on that emotion also
-When I'm bored or feeling bad I tend to do things with people on line such as exchanging pictures (please don't judge)
-I argue with my parents severely & what I say to them is so unforgivable but I can't control it even though as I'm saying it I should stop
-I get angry for no reason & I absolutly freak out!
I'm scared if I bring this up with my therapist she will see it as me just thinking I have something I don't
What should I do?
1 AnswerMental Health6 years agoI got a link to a porn website from a random number?
I got this Viber message from a 092 number (is that Pakistan) and there was a link with the following message:
"There is a video with you following this link (with the link here)"
It is really freaking me out and I'm not sure if it is just a message or if there actually is a video.
Is this a common occurrence and is just a thing to get people to go to the website or is it aimed???
Please help me, thanks!
5 AnswersSecurity6 years agoHollywood Undead's New Album? What Do You Think?
I personally think it is really good. The lyrics are amazing and the music is great and fits very well into all the recent music. All the vocals on the songs are very clean and I think the choice to make Da Kurlzz and the others sing more is a really cool.
I think that this new album will give them more known because it is more modern than their other albums tbh.
I wanted to know other peoples opinions and see what you all thought of it tbh.
My favourite songs on the album are:
"Party By Myself"
"I'll Be There" (I love the lyrics in this, does anyone know what is is about though?)
"Does Everybody In The World Have To Die" (the beat drops in this were practically orgasmic)
and "Guzzle Guzzle".
4 AnswersRock and Pop6 years agoFoods to avoid as a vegetarian?
I've recently become a vegetarian but even though I'm already in this lifestyle choice, I've realised that I don't know what foods I should and shouldn't eat.
I do check all packets and make sure they are suitable for vegetarians but I know that sometimes it doesn't say so I'll look it up but I want to know what ingredients I can't consume so I don't have to keep looking different foods up.
My friend (who is vegan) told me that some breads contain milk, and I know that vegetarians drink milk but I've decided not to for personal reasons, so is it true? If so, what breads do and don't contain milk.
So yeah, what are the ingrediants I should look for on packets in case it isn't stated that it is or isn't suitable for vegetarians. And what breads do contain milk?
Thank you :)
3 AnswersVegetarian & Vegan6 years agoStomach hair (I'm a girl)?
Ever since puberty and when I first started to grow hair I've always noticed that my stomach has quite a lot of hair on it. Being naturally really dark haired, it tends to show up quite clearly on my normally pale skin (I tan when on holiday).
I have a lot of body image issues and this is just adding to them because I go to Turkey in May but having to wear a bikini will make me feel so bad about the hair.
I know that it lightens when in such light but I want it gone before I sunbathe, so is there anyway to get rid of it? I also tend to gave quite a hairy back (again due to my pale skin) and just seeing it makes me feel gross.
My lip hair is also very dark, and I tend to just end up shaving it because I'm rushing about. It doesn't grow in darker but am I the only one that does this?
Thanks.
3 AnswersHair6 years agoBecoming Vegetarian?
I've decided to be a vegetarian because of many reasons, but the one thing that is worrying me is that I'm a very picky eater.
I don't like pasta, soup, beans and quite a lot more. So I tend to just eat the same things over and I feel like doing this will make me try more foods.
So my question is (or more so questions) how do I go about starting this? Should I sit down and make a list of the foods that I cab still eat, and foods that I'll have to start eating?
I'm also wanting to drink a different milk (eg soy) but I was wondering what other types there is and what ones are good.
If you have any tips or foods that are really good please feel free to tell me.
This is something I'm determined to do and I would totally appreciate your help.
Thanks!
1 AnswerVegetarian & Vegan6 years agoEqual rights for LGBT+?
If I'm being honest I don't know much about what is happening to make equal rights between LGBT+ people happen. I know that slowly gay marriage is becoming recognised and legalised but beyond that I don't know much.
So I was wondering if maybe you could tell me some things that are happening within the community to make this happen!
I also know that we still have a long way to go before equal rights are in fact equal, but when would you estimate for everyone to be recognised as equal?
2 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender6 years agoMy dowsing pendulum spelled out "gaius"?
I've recently gotten in dowsing ever since my aunt started reiki (?). I am a firm believer that in energy and spirits so I asked my pendulum what it was or who it was and it spelled out "gaius".
When I googled it the definition came up as "unknown" and a Roman guy.
My question is do you know what this means? And what exactly am/who am I talking too when using my pendulum?
Also: I asked it if it was in service with the light (which I found on a website that told me to ask it) and it said no, what does this mean??
Thank you, and sorry if this is confusing
5 AnswersMythology & Folklore6 years agoReally bad period pains?
Hi well I'm 14 and ever since my period first began I get really strong and painful cramps. They are the worst a couple of days before my period begins, and during it eases slightly until there isn't really any pain near the end.
I get really lightheaded and get to the point of almost throwing up (I'm pretty sure I would but I don't throw up a lot, only when I've got a serious bug)
I've been to the doctors but no painkillers seem to work, I was even prescribed with the strongest ones I was allowed but they still didn't do much.
I know that when you move around it eases the pain but for me it honestly doesn't do much, especially when it's in the first few days. I also know that it isn't really ok to not attend school but when I go to school when the pain is the worst (before my period even starts) I get extremely faint that even my teachers have commented on how I look like ill faint any minute.
I have missed days of school before because the pain is so bad and my question is, is there anything I can do other than miss school for a day or two?
In my experience not attending school is the best option I have at the minute and it isn't too much hassle because I still get all my notes from all my classes because I'm obsessed with my grades.
Thank you
1 AnswerWomen's Health6 years agoI can't download content off of The Sims Resource?
Whenever I try to download any content for TS4 it downloads but when I open it a window comes up saying that it is 'either unknown format or damaged'.
I don't know how to fix this and I have tried it many day for over a couple weeks but it still comes up with the same window after I try to open it.
I haven't got an account on TSR, could this be the issue?
If not how do I fix this? Thanks
2 AnswersSoftware6 years agoIs it weird I have thought so much into my future?
Ok I'm 14 and I practically have my whole future planned.
I want to stay on at school then attend university at either Edinburgh or Dundee to become a child nurse. After I've been working for a few years I would like to meet the perfect woman for me and then move to Alaska and from then on out live our lives. That's the jist of it anyway.
But the thing I think about most is the family I want to have. I already know that I don't want to carry a child, and I know I might change my mind which is something I accept but I've thought for a while that I just don't want to have a baby inside me, I just don't. But I want at most three children, and I would like to adopt them when they aren't born yet (like in juno, but I'm not basing that off the movie, I would just prefer a new born baby etc)
I wouldn't normally think this is weird it's just that I'm so excited to have a family, I literally can't wait for the day where I get to bring my baby home with my wife and love them so much. Is it normal to be in love with the idea of babies?
Like I said I'm only 14 and no one I know is obsessed with babies and families like me. I always love looking at baby clothes and toys and this is partly why I want to become a child nurse (more specifically babies) because I love them but no one I know is like this.
So yeah, I was just wondering if this was normal because I dont want to be weird, you know?
Thanks in advance.
5 AnswersFamily6 years agoHelp with my girlfriend?
Hi, my girlfriend and I have been together since Christmas which is around 20-something days? We get along great, we were friends before I asked her out and we still are etc.
The problem is that we don't hang out other than at school, and even then we don't see too much of each other because of our social circles.
We make plans but she normally ends up cancelling for a reason, she did this before we were dating as well so I don't know what to think.
I've brought it up with her before and she just said that she knows but things always come up.
It's just frustrating because the most contact we have is at school where even though I'm not ashamed of my sexuality (lesbian) I'm not the type of person that acts intimately in public because I haven't actually "come out" and not too many people know we are dating.
When we aren't at school we text but its not the same as actually hanging out.
Do you have any suggestions on how I could maybe get her to hang out more??
Thanks :)
