This is from my online homework. I know the answer but don't know how they got it. It says to use the quotient and power rule but it gives me logarithms formulas not natural logs.

Problem: lnx=5(ln7-ln3)

Answer: x= (16807/243)

Hints given to me:

1.)Distribute on the right side of the equation.

2.)use the quotient rule and power rule in reverse to simplify.

3.(this part got me confused!) lnx= ln(7/3)^5.

Pretty much I don't know how to distribute correctly in order to get step 3 and then the answer. I would greatly appreciate any helpful advice. Thanks!

For my math class, I am supposed to graph the demand of t-shirts from a survey of 100 and the whole population of my college in excel. For the survey of 100 people, I have 3 columns: In the A column, it is price of the t-shirts, B column is the Raw results(I don't have to graph it), and C column is the demand of t-shirts.

I don't know much about excel, and I'm having a hard time just graphing the A column and C column for both data sets. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!

I go to a community college,and receive financial aid. I don't work since I am only 18 so my dad told me that he needs a tuition statement from me in order to do taxes. However, I never received mine but my twin brother received his( he doesn't work too). I realize that I should have gotten my tuition statment by Jan 31 st but it never came. Some important things to consider:

-I paid some of my tuition fees from my own pocket and then financial aid covered the rest in fall 2014.

-I contacted my local community college and they told me they can't print one out.

- I contacted the IRS and they told me that I have to wait until February 15th to call them again to order my tuition statement.

Overall, I don't know what to do because my dad is getting impatient and I'm starting to wonder if I don't need to get a 1098-T. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!

For my business math class, I am supposed to survey 100 people just by asking how much would they purchase for a college t-shirt. In order to this, I must show them a t-shirt design concept. I don t know which software to use but as long as its free, its fine by me. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!

Currently, I am in community college to get a degree in accounting. I took precalculus in the fall semester and I'm unsure which class to take next. I have talked to 2 advisors and each gave me different answer. One of the options is to take Brief calculus(business) and the other is calculus w/ analytic geometry. I got a B in pre-cal and haven't memorized the formulas(add./sub., double angle, sum-to-product,etc.), so I am unsure which is the easier route to take after pre-cal. Any helpful advice will be appreciated.

As a newly high school graduate,I plan on working at a fast food/family restaurant this summer. However, I just turned 18 and have no working experience at all. What I am really concerned with is what is the most suitable restaurant to work at for a first time worker. There are several restaurants to choose from where i live(AZ) yet don't know what to apply for.I was thinking something like chipotle,denny's, or at chick-fil-a ,etc. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated. As i was refilling my bird's food and water, my sun conure wanted to fly to me(because he wanted to go on my shoulder) but since his wings have been clipped few months ago,he cannot fly very far. As i turned around i saw he was on the floor w/ one of his wing feathers sticking out. I think he may have hit the table which would have caused the feather sticking out.I immediately picked him up and as i touched the feather that was sticking out, he screamed as if in pain. I don't know what to do,there's no blood coming out but i'm very worried. What do i have to do to help my sun conure?

For our jazz concert, we are playing Kansas city suite by benny carter, and 2 of the songs require a harmon mute. I'm wondering what is a great brand of harmon mute to use and that can produce a great sound. Denis wick, jo ral, harmon,etc...? Any advice about this would help a lot :)

I have a green cheek conure and recently we found out thats she laid an egg. We build a box,hoping she could warm the egg,but she never bothered to touch it and seems afraid.The father(sunset conure),seems alright with it but the mother isn't.It has been one day and so far it seems like she doesn't want it all. the next day we decided to take care of the egg under a lamp,hoping it could it still be alive.Is there a chance that we could take care of it and how long do we have to keep it warm before it hatches? please help, i'm so concerned about this situation.
