I'm thinking of getting my provisional bike licence soon but heard that now you have to get lessons costing 400e as well as take the theory test. Is that true?

i was looking at a gas gun but my brother said after a few shots that they dont shoot too well cause of the gas cooling or somthing, is it true? What are the diferences between the two or is there much diference at all?

when i turn on my pc it goes into the system settings and says that "windows did not shut down right" and then gives my an option of choosing "safe mode" or "start windows normally".
