HP Laserjet 5550 printer error "Unable to store job at printer"?
This error only occurs when a user tries to print multiple copies of large documents (about 20 pages or more). Mopier mode is disabled, advanced printing features disabled, The printer has a 256mb DIMM and 32MB of on board memory. There are no stored jobs on this printer. For some reason when I attempted to print 2 copies of a 20 page document on a windows 7 machine it worked (the errors are consistent on the windows xp machine, but it hasn't been restarted since troubleshooting). I did notice that some of the other print jobs that were unsuccessful were duplex jobs. Is there any solution to this problem?
