Where were the pillars and Greek architecture? The multiple HD screens? What the heck? The DNC looked like a matinee of N.A.M.B.L.A. Live at the Mirage. Why did the GOP opt to discuss the issues and the character of the candidates rather than try to dazzle us with all the purty lights?

...she can bench press more than their ever-so-frail and sickly looking senator/"community organizer" candidate? Or is it because she has more leadership experience than their candidate for President? Is it because she looks like a woman (something liberal women gave up on long ago)?
