When i ship out to boot camp on the 12 next month, I'll be on my period, And i get tremendously bad cramp. I mean like hurled up in a ball, crying on the floor cramps, can't walk, throwen up, kinda cramps.

I told them down at the MEPS when i joined, that i didn't get cramps while on my period.

So while i'm in boot camp what's the way for me to combat these cramps, or is there gunna be any advil or something i can take they'll help me out????????

My recruiter told me to cut my hair before i get to boot camp, because they do a shity job while your there. My question is how short do i have to get it? Can it touch the back collar, or does it have to be just above the collar and not touch?

I really don't wanna cut my hair that short.

And why can't i just leave it long and pull it and pin it back.

Does it matter?

when i wan to speak to my recruiter what is the best and most proper way to do so. i am in the DEP program, i was sworn in once already at MEPS, my ship date is on dec 12. what is proper etiquette while talkin with my recruiter. do i salute her when i see her. when i enter her office do i need to salute her. anytime is go to her office to see her do i need to salute. im just a little confused about this.

last Saturday, i officially joined the navy's DEP program. everything seems good and easy but im a little unsure about my new navy etiquette. how should i be acting now. should i start to salute me recruiter and begin calling her petty officer now. anytime i see her should i always salute her and address her as petty officer. when i walk into a room what is the proper thing for me to say. should i always salute the national ensign then my recruiter when i go to her office.. im just a little unsure of how i should be acting now. should i be more formally with my greetings. how should i be expected to behave as a new navy DEPer. what are my new etiquette rules.

my recruiter asked me to sign a 680 form, or something like that today.what is it. i need to know. i don't wanna sign it if i don't have too. she said it was something having to do with my ASAVB scores. i took the ASAVBs at school. she said was about accessing my info and scores for the ASAVB so it could be used. what is this form and what does it do for me.

i go to meps on Saturday and its for the navy...if that helps with any info.

please help any info would be appreciated.

I don't really need to lose any weight, in fact i am standard weight for my height. i like where i am at weight wise. But i would like to drop a couple of pounds quick before my physical at MEPS on the 27. What is the quickest way to drop a couple of pounds fast.... im only talkin 3 or 4 pounds. i need to gain some muscle, i just want to be in the best physical shape i can be in when i go.

im going to my recruiter and meps on the 27. how do i know when the job and school i want is available befor i go to the classifier. is there even a way to know... or is it all just a crap shoot. does my recruiter have any info on what is available befor i go to the classifier........ i'm joining the navy and i'm hoping for AO,SK,ABH,,or QM....
