  • My 1 year old dog who in raised from birth is scared of people and environments. She cowards and pees. Please help?

Hello everyone. I dont know who else to turn to with my issue. Did. Not find my google search helpful since Everything i find is tips on how to work with an animal who really has been traumatized. But in my case my dog has not. I raised her along with her litter mate sister since birth. I bottle fed them and interacted them plenty with mom, except nursing. Having a csection was the reason i had to separate them. Anyways, its been a year and she seems like shes been beat or something. She likes to tease like she wants to play but as soon as you move along , she cowards down and pees. She has done thing since she was 6 weeks okr so. She is also terrified on new things, new areas, or environments. She will stop and will not walk. Believe me, ive been patient, leaving her alone until she comes , but has not worked. I have tried with treats but nothing either. She tries to run away from the situation and when you get her, she screams and pees. I dont know what else to do, i have raised her on my own and its not like someone else could have done anything to her. Her sibling on thenother hand is bery outgoing and hyper. She loves attention and people. Not even by looking at what her sister does will she get out of that terror. If theres anyone out there with tips or who can help please email me. Shes a gorgeous puppy and dont want her to live this life in terror
