I am nearly 13 & I shower 5-6 times a week, so basically everyday

Is this enough, because I've heard showering everyday is bad for you

And also I was my hair with herbal essences shampoo + conditioner every time I shower, is this too much?

She has recently done her French GCSEs and she is mature for her age.

She claims all her friends are allowed to watch 15s, I don't know what to say. Please help? Points for and against please

My mum wants hair extensions, her hair is thin and really short and she would like some nice, soft long ones

Price doesnt really matter but yano.. Not like £2000

She wants ones that will stay in for at least a month and doesnt need to be put back in every morning

She has two ankles on one foot, one on the right place (where everyone has it) and one on the top of her foot. She is 6 and say it doesnt hurt her. Any ideas and has anyone else had a problem like this?

Right so I watch Hollyoaks every weekday on Chaneal 4, the storylines carry on and it seems pretty normal

UNITIL

my friend said 'did you watch hollyoaks last night?' so i said yeah. Then she starts talking about Nancy ripping the bump of sienna, but what i watched was completely differnt.

She watches it on E4 whereas I watch it on channeal 4. I think i am behind her because Darran still thinks sienna is preggers.

I'm so confused, anyone know if I am behind and if so how much?

I have been really really trying for a couple of hours now, one miniute im cold, then to hot, then im uncomfortable. :( I useally nod off at around 11ish but its now 1!! I am the only one awake in the house and i useally can never stay up this late! It might be because I had a day off today with a sore throat so I slept in a little. But its driving me nuts and I dont want to fall asleep during science..

Any good technics to help me fall asleep? or any reasons why i cant get to sleep?
