ok i liked him sent him a message telling him so he sent me one back saying that we could just be friends cuz he's got a girlfriend then summer break and in the fall he acts like he likes me and acts like a guy acts when they like a girl then i see on his myspace page that he has a girlfriend so i'm upset and confused but my friend says not to be cuz he told me upfront which is true so i guess he breaks up with her and cuz he deletes that page and makes a facebook page stating he's single and still comes around like he likes me and stuff so with chill and what not and then my friend like a fool blurts out in front of him one day that i told her that he doesnt speak to me which at the time he really wasn't too much but i told her this like a month to 2 months before that so i think she was just saying it calling herself helping me out by startin a conversation with him he looks shocked tells her he talked to me the other day which i told her so her reason for saying it is really unknown and left cuz i think he is a very private person and left probably thinking that i lied to her his becomes distant and now i don't know whats going on but i REALLY like him and i feel that deep down he likes me but now neither one of us really speaks to the other what do you think

i got a crush on this guy and asked 2 of my friends to hook us up and they tried to but i acted shy and nothing happened and they told me to do it myself and i did by sending him an email to call me and he did then a while later he told me that he was hooking up with an ex and that we could be cool so summer came and this school year he acts like he likes me(or this is the impression that i got) by 1st. asking for something that he didn't really need or could have easily gotten from a friend and takes my phone and calls his phone(i called the # and it was his) 2nd. asking my friend for my # 3rd. he speaks to me more and even tries to get my attention sometimes and comes to where me and my friends are but puts the focus on me ok so him doing all this caused me to have feelings for him again but i went on myspace found his page only to discover that he DOES have a girlfriend according to his status i am now upset and VERY confused about the whole situation i feel as i have been led on and like he was trying to make me a backup girl for if he and his girlfriend do not work out

one friend thinks that he really is just being nice to me and all he wanted is to be friends and that he told me upfront

another friend thinks that he is trying to make me a backup girl too

i don't know everything but i could swear this man was flirting with me because he came to me in a way that i thought only guys do when they like you

am i right in thinking this and thinking that he is trying to make me a back up girl or is the friend who told me that all he wanted was to be a friend right????

before seeing his page i thought he was a nice genuine guy but now i dont know

i always wanted one of those long term friendships that last for like 50 years but with so much talk of ppl growing apart and moving on how does this happen

1. i feel like my best friend and i are growing apart-we have been close for like 4 years but when we started college we have seemed to grow apart it seems as though she likes spending more time with another group of friends than with me i mean i have a group of friends too but i still would like my best friend to be their i don't really want to look for a replacement and i think she feels the same way because she said that she doesn't trust them like she trusts me but i dont kno...

2. i finally got the courage to send an email to the guy that i have been crushin on and he sent one back saying that we could get to kno each other better but that he and is ex were getting back together in the fall...talk about a let down!! what should i do about both of these situations????????

help!! i have a serious crush on one of my guy friends but i think he still likes the girl who stays in the dorm room across the hall from me.he does everything to get this girl's attention but anyone can tell just by looking at her that she doesnt really like him. he has been trying to get with her for 5 months and she's playing with his feelings.the other day i told my friend on the phone and i think one of her friends who lives next door to me was listening in and told her cuz now she is starting to show interest in him. the girls don't like me for a previous and separate incident. before this girl started flirting with him though he started to show interest in me because he emailed me more and hung around me more. now i'm p.o. cuz i think she is using him to get me jealous. my best friend says to be patient because it won't last forever but i really really want to be with him. oh and i'm too nervous to tell him so
