Christine! Noah is 14 months!

hello dear friends

i bleached my hair about 5 months ago, and approx every 3-4 weeks I have a friend come over and bleach out my roots. What now though..im tired of the bleach..i want to put go more a brown with red/blonde highlights...but I'm bleached out with an inch of my brown roots and it looks awefull. Will they bleach my roots and add color?, will they strip all color from my hair and go brown..I dont know what to do. My hair s dry but not to damaged now..just not sure where to go from here...and I am NOT going to let it grow out it will look aweful ha. Ive always been a boxed hair dye girl and have never had a problem but Im thinking im going to have to go into a salon this time, what am I looking at cost wise approx if I were to go a solid brown with 3 colors of highlights w/cut?

Its an older movie, there is a women shes in either a school, or orphanage or something taking care of children then I believe had scarlet fever. I know one or more of the children died, it was a very sad movie, I must have saw it like ten years ago and even then it was an older one I believe

My first born son turns 2 next sunday, and lately all ive been thinking about is how fast he's grown and how much I miss holding him when he was a newborn. Its all I dream about too its insane.

Heres the problem though. My boyfriend, is the best friend of my ex, my sons father. His dad screwed uppp bad, and his best friend stepped up to the plate and for the last 8 months my son has been calling him dad. The problem now is, lets call him bio dad- bio dad has been living on the opposite side of the country from me, but this summer, is moving back home and wants to be apart of his sons life. Im all for it, I have always encouraged a relationship between them, but he's just never been there. I dont want my son to get confused if I have another baby with lets call him step dad, and suddenly oh we have a new baby, by the way this is your real dad and his girlfriend and her daughter who he's been raising the last 2 years. Does this even make sense, lol drama. Any advice about how to go about this? Also, step dad wants to get married before we have a baby, a quick justice of the peace thing, do I need permission from bio dad to tack step dads name on this end of his? Please let me know, sorry it's kind of confusing but its almost 1 in the morning.

Because I was a single mom in college I got the maximum benefit, 376.00 plus 100.00 for the universal benefit. I moved to alberta jan 15th 2011. how will this affect the ctb once my taxes are complete? Is it the same in every province? What about hst/gst/sales tax refunds, will I still qualify for something like that in alberta? What is the northern living allowance, do I qualify since my taxes are being done in ontario? Although it does have my new alberta address as my current address? I moved on Jan 15 2011. Any help, advice is muchly appreciated! Doing taxes is stressful blah! Lol, just want to make sure I get the maximum return and am set up for 2011 properly.

Im in my first semester of college, and my sons father took off suddenly and stopped paying child support/half of daycare costs. I had to withdraw from a couple classes and failed one because I couldn't afford 5 days of daycare on my own. OSAP sees withdrawing as a fail, so I guess technically I failed 3/7 classes. What happens next semester?

What are some things you want to do before you "kick the bucket" and why do think they are important things to do?

If they feel it may potentially cause harm to their patient? If not how do they go about it?

My son seems to have the flu symptoms are:

vomiting, diahrea(sp) runny nose(light green/yellowish) loss of appetite, fever of 102, not sleeping, seems to have muscle aches and is very cranky

He's 19 months old, right now hes laying down right now drinking watered down juice, I just gave him a cool sponge bath and children's tylenol

To me it seems like the flu, which I know antibiotics wont treat, so should I just keep him home, let him rest and try to keep him on lots of fluids? Or take him in to get him checked out?

If I keep him home, when do I know I should take him in? Im worried about him becoming dehydrated

Im only in my first year but Im wondering what the average starting wages in ontario or alberta hospitals are

I've heard anywhere from 18-25/hr but Im guessing some of those wages are for nurses working in old age home/schools or in the community.

I've always felt a calling to be a nurse, but I also want to make sure its something I can comfortably raise my son on if I end up being single my entire life ha.

P.s Im currently living in Ontario, so Toronto would probably be where I would end up wanting to work, but Alberta would also be an option as well.

Also, if you were a nurse and your patients were trying to add you to facebook, would you accept? Just wondering what people think, of course Im arguing that they shouldn't! It's unethical and unprofessional in my mind.

If you are adding a patient to facebook, which HIPAA rules could be violated?

After a nurse is finished caring for a patient, should they accept a friend add from the patient on facebook?

Are there are laws againt this, or just something that should just be made with good judgement

What would you do if your patients were trying to add you to facebook?
