Ok guys,so I really want to start taking Yoga classes and I've never ever did it before.I know a little about Yoga and its' positive influence on one's general well-being,and I've also heard that it might cause me some troubles in case I decide to do it on my own,withougt instructions(is this true?) I'm interested in meditation too.

So one of the questions is,what type of Yoga is the best to do and combine with meditation?

I was thinking to start with Hatha Yoga,but please feel free to recommend me anything you consider for being good.
