Alright I know it won't be high school musical, but what do you think it is? I'm thinking iCarly because there is no tiny clique of "popular" people who torture Carly and Sam and Freddie. What other high school on TV is realistic? Boy Meets World? Skins(brit)?

I am 14 and I started reading the Harry Potter series a week ago, and I really like it! Now I'm on Chamber of Secrets. One thing though, one of my boy friends thinks I'm not a true fan like he is because I started reading the series late, as opposed to starting in like the 5th grade. He also says some mean stuff, like I made a reference to the Ministry and he was like, "You can't make references, you're only on the second book!" And he keeps asking me trivia questions like, "What is Wolfsbane?" and "How do you make butterbeer?" and "What is Gilderoy Lockhart's favorite color?" It's getting really annoying. I just want to read the books in peace. What can I say to him when he asks me a trivia question that I don't know the answer to, or says something like "You're not a true fan,"? I am thinking of saying he's a filthy Mudblood, but is that too far? Thanks! Fans should welcome to fans, not attack them!

I'm in 8th grade, and the only one in the school, I'm sure, who packs my own lunch. My friends parents still pack their lunches, and what's worst is that they always complain about it. Like:

-"I told my mom I don't like chocolate cookies!"

-"Why the heck is there a pea in my salad. MOM!"

-"My mom is so stupid, she put two bolognas instead of one in my sandwich."

-"Ugh, my mom gave me Goldfish AGAIN. I HATE MY MOM."

-"My mom makes the worst lunches EVER!!!"

And I'm like, then why don't you pack your own lunch moron, and they just laugh like it will never happen. I've been packing myself since 2nd grade and it bothers me that they don't know how to put a little food in a bag. I love my mom for doing this, I think it makes me more mature, but not mature enough to understand why my friends can't pack their lunch. Will their parents make their lunch when they are 15 in high school, 19 in college, 24 jobsearching, and 30 in the office?

When did you start self-packing, or if you have kids, when do you want them to start self-packing?

I broke up with my boyfriend(9th grade) and his reaction has me bewildered. Can you figure out what this means?

During passing period before the last period of the day, I found him and said, "I don't want to date you anymore, I'm sorry," and then he said, "Aww.......... I'm breaking up with you okay?" and then after school I was with my friend who he is mad at, and he shouted, "Hi!" to the friend. And we're like, "I thought you were mad at her." And later, he shouted, "Hi ___!" to another friend I was with, and that friend turned to me and said, "He's never said hi to me before."

Then right after school he texted me saying, all spelling errors included, "im breaking up with u bye."

Then at dinner time he texted, "hello," and a little later, "we are still friemds." Then he called TWICE and then after all this texted me, "do we have homework for science."

I'm going to graduate from 8th grade, and I recently noticed that a lot of books for girls going into middle-school are inaccurate. Here is what I mean: I went to the library this morning and picked up a fictional book, somthing like "Lula Belle's Guide to Middle School," and the inside cover said, "How to survive riding the bus. Make yourself as small as you can. Clutch your backpack tight." and then farther into the book it read, "Try to fit in and be normal." I just thought, what the hell? The author of this book is telling 6th graders to not be themselves. If they follow these rules, they're going to get severely bullied. "Make yourself as small as you can," was the one that made me angry. No one wants to be friends with a shy self-concsious girl, right? This kind of book should die and go to book hell. What are your thoughts? This is one of my favorite topics to discuss, by the way.

I saw the phrase in a magazine and think it sounds like something I want to be when I grow up. I'm not in college yet. Can you tell me what a person with this occupation deals with? Are they for an agency like the TV show NCIS or self-employed? Thanks.

Please tell me everything I need to know about reality/game shows. By reality/game I mean shows like The Biggest Loser, where they all live together and there are challenge-games every week. So some of my questions are:

1. When do the cameramen film the contestants talking to the camera? Do they film it all at one time or each week? And where?

2. Are contestants being filmed every hour of the day? If not, when are the hours they are filmed?

3. How many people are involved in the making? There is the host, a few cameramen, and who else will the contestants come in contact with?

I am confused about the meaning of a line I say in the play I am in. Here is the scenario, and then I will tell you the line: Boy and girl are playing Madden or something on the Xbox for a while. A whistle blows on the game, and the line says:

Girl(Dripping with sarcasm as if she's serious): Oh. What happened? So when I tackle you at your own ten-yard line, do you get points for that? I wasn't aware you got points for that. That's weird.

What does she mean? And how do I say it? Thanks!

I'm in eighth grade and petite, and on many occasions boys have asked me if they can carry me. One of them dropped me, which was kind of unfortunate, and the other carried me like two inches off the ground for two seconds. Is it rewarding for boys to know they can lift a 70 pound chick? Thanks.

I watched Mean Girls today and now I want to read books about cliques and popular girls and high school. Thanks! Also, if you say books about popularity are stupid and I should read another genre, I already do read a lot of historical fiction so I want this change.

I am in middle school and some students have planned a Day of Silence for kids who have don't have a voice against bullying. I am planning on bringing a small whiteboard, but in drama class we are having auditions and I don't want to miss them. What can I tell my teacher, and is the whiteboard thing acceptable even if it is a form of communication. And how can I get my flirting on without talking??? Just kidding about the flirting, but the rest is all serious.

Do they do it for the pride in having a girlfriend, or the hugs or sweaty hand-holding? Once I heard a boy say to his friend, "You only want to date Hailey for the s*x," and I thought to myself, "Are people seriously doing this at age thirteen?" I think it's cute, and alright as long as we're responsible, but are boys like that? What are they thinking of?
